- If the replacement mat is still unsatisfactory, a refund will be processed according to company policy.
Please note that we reserve the right to send replacements. We may also request images to investigate the cause of the issue. We aim to respond to improper fitting claims within five days, providing installation suggestions. If production investigation is needed, the process may take up to seven days, as we may need to update templates or contact car manufacturers for verification.
What If I Dislike the Style or the Color?
Since all mats are made to order based on your car’s color, make, and model, no claims for dislike of style or color will be entertained under this 30 Days Guaranteed Money Back plan.

Incorrect Order
